Garden Harvest

Our garden is finally starting to yield some ripe vegetables. We pulled a few dinners’ worth of green beans, grape tomatoes, and jalapenos out of the garden this morning.
I’m really struggling with how quickly I want to paint. I know I should be slowing down, measuring better, comparing colors more closely. But it seems each time I sit down to paint, I feel an urge to get it done as quickly as possible. I know the result will be better if I slow down a bit, and it is something I need to figure out how to remind myself to do.
